No physical items will be shipped.
Because of the instant access nature of digital files, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been completed and the files have been downloaded.
If you experience any issue with your purchase — such as:
A corrupted or missing file,
Trouble downloading your product, or
Receiving the wrong file —
please contact us immediately at support@pixwink.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll review your request and send you a corrected or replacement file as soon as possible.
Refunds may be approved only in special cases, such as:
Duplicate purchases made by mistake, or
A proven technical error on our end that prevents access to your file.
In such cases, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Before completing your purchase, please:
Verify that you have the required software (e.g., Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) to open and use PNG/SVG files.
